Ingredients:

Potatoes 1

Cheese (grated) 3 tbsp

Ketchup 2 tbsp

Oregano a pinch

 

Mehtod:

Wash, dry and bake the potato for 25 minutes. Cut it into two equal halves, so as to have two ovals. Now scoop out the center from both the halves. Add cheese, ketchup and the scooped out pulp of the potato to make the filling and fill  it into the hollow potato. Sprinkle oregano and bake for 15 minutes of just until cheese melts. Serve hot.
