Ingredients:

Bread as required

Chicken tikka chunks or shredded chicken 1 cup

mozzarella cheese 1 pack

Capsicum 1

Cabbage 1/2

Besan flour as required (mix with little water and make a paste for coating)

Salt to taste

Black Pepper to taste

 

Method:

Cut the bread into squares. Place the chicken, cheese and vegetables on the slices. Make a thick batter of besan with water.

Cover the slices and dip them in besan paste. Fry the sandwiches to seal them. enjoy!
