Ingredients:

Pita bread 1

Pepperoni 8 to 10 pieces

Pizza sauce 2 tbsp

Chopped onions 2 tbsp

Chopped capsicum 2 tbsp

Sweet corn 2 tbsp

Grated cheese 6 tbsp

Oregano a pinch

 

Method:

Spread pizza sauce on the pita bread. Add pepperoni, capsicum, onion and sweet corn. Add grated cheese on top and sprinkle with oregano. Bake for 10 minutes at 180C.
