Crispy French Fries

Ingridents:

Potatoes 3 to 4

Flour 2 tbsp

Corn Flour 1 tsp

Salt to sprinkle to taste

 

Method:

Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips. Dry them on a piece of cotton cloth. Make a smooth paste  by mixing flour, courn flour and water and coat the potatoes with the paste. Deep fry and serve hot.
