Ingredients:

Boneless chichen strips 2 cups

Egg 1

Salt and papper as required

Corn flour 1 tbsp

Flour 1 tbsp

Corn flakes 2 cups

Soy souce 2 tbsp

 

Method:

Marinate chicken in soya sauce, salt, black pepper, corn flour, flour, egg. Leave it for 15 minutes. Coat the chicken strips with corn flakes and fry till crispy.
