Coconut Pudding

Ingredients:

Milk 3 cups

Sugar 6 tbsp

Desiccated coconut 5 tbsp

Bread 3 slices

Eggs 4

Vanilla essence 1 tsp

 

Method:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender and pour the mixture into a baking dish. Bake for 30 min at 180C and serve.

Tip: you can add some crushed nuts for garnishing.
